What happens if I do not have enough money in my account when the professional real-time quote fee is charged?


If you do not have enough cash available to withdraw when we attempt to debit the Pro Real-Time Quote Fee, your account will be set to delayed quotes and you will receive an email. Once your account has the funds available to withdraw to pay the fee, please contact us via email at customerservice@optionshouse.com, phone at 1-877-598-3190 or live chat and we will debit your account and reinstate the real-time quotes. Please be sure to send the email from your email address on file and include the last four digits of your social security number and date of birth so we may process your request.
