How do I close my account?

To close your account, first withdraw all assets out of the account. After the account has a $0 balance, please email your request to customerservice@optionshouse.com from the email address on file at OptionsHouse. The email must contain the following information:

  1. The name of the account owners(s)
  2. The last four digits of the Social Security number of the account owners(s)
  3. The date of birth of the account owner(s)
  4. The OptionsHouse account number

Once we receive your request, you will receive an email confirmation within 2-3 business days.
