In addition, you need to enable JavaScript and enable cookies in your web browser to do the following:

  • sign up for an OptionsHouse account
  • use the OptionsHouse trading tool
  • take advantage of our Live Help feature
  • send us a message from the Contact Us page
  • participate in our Refer-a-Friend program

If you would like to receive help upgrading your browser or talk to someone about these requirements, please do one of the following:

If you are using a supported browser and have enabled cookies and JavaScript, click here to go to the OptionsHouse homepage.

To enable JavaScript:

Microsoft Internet Explorer:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the Tools menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on "Internet Options."
  4. Click on the Security tab.
  5. Click on the "Custom level..." button.
  6. Scroll down to the Scripting > Active Scripting Section.
  7. Select "Enable" and click OK.
  8. Click Yes and click "OK" to save changes.
  9. Close and restart the browser.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click on the Tools menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on "Options."
  4. Click on the "Content" icon.
  5. Check the box next to "Enable JavaScript.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close and restart the browser.

To enable cookies:

Microsoft Internet Explorer:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Click on the Tools menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on "Internet Options."
  4. Click on the Privacy tab.
  5. Under "Settings," adjust the slider to a setting of "Medium High" or below so that first-party cookies are not blocked.
  6. Click "OK" to save changes.
  7. Close and restart the browser.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click on the Tools menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on "Options."
  4. Click on the "Privacy" icon.
  5. Click on "Accept cookies from sites."
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close and restart the browser.
