How do I update my personal information (email, password, phone number, etc.)?


PLEASE NOTE: You must be on the New OptionsHouse to update personal information.

The Account(s) Info tab is where you can manage your account information. This is where you’ll be able to edit:

  • Your password
  • Your email address
  • Security question
  • Address and phone number



From the general Account(s) Info screen you can do a few things:

  • Add a nickname to your account: This will be displayed instead of the account number on the top-right section of the platform.
  • Statements: You can select whether you want to receive paper or electronic statements.


You can change your password by clicking on the password link. To change your password:

  1. Enter your current password
  2. Enter your new password
  3. Enter your new password again
  4. Hit Save

Email Address

You can change your email address by clicking on the Email Address link. To change your email:

  1. Enter your new email
  2. Enter your new email address
  3. Hit Save

You will receive an email to both the new and old address notifying you of the change.

Security Question

You can change your security question by clicking on the Security Question link. To change your security question:

  1. Select a new question
  2. Enter your new answer
  3. Hit Save

Address & Phone Number

You can change your address and phone number by clicking on the Address & Phone Number link. To change your address:

  1. Select the account you want to apply changes to
  2. Enter your new address and/or phone number
  3. Hit Save

You will receive a notification in the mail to confirm the change.
