Essential Duties

  • Provide accurate information to our clients regarding trading tool functionality and account status.
  • Work closely with the Operations Group to address all new account opening issues
  • Resolve all clearing and margin issues

Knowledge/Experience/Skills

  • Time management and the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Work experience in equity options and the stock markets a plus
  • Excellent verbal/written interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Experience interfacing with a clearing firm
  • Customer service experience with a retail brokerage or financial firm a must
  • FINRA Series 7 (or 42 and 62) and 63 registrations (OptionsHouse will sponsor)
