At OptionsHouse, we recently set out to discover all the blogs out there dedicated to discussing options trading. Although some of the sites listed below might have some general content related to the market and investing, they all contain a lot of content specific to the options market. We were astounded at the number of sites we found out there, and rather than keep this information to ourselves, we decided to share it here with you.
Our Methodology
Since most of the options traders we know tend to have a pretty competitive spirit, we also decided to rank them according to results from a variety of objective ratings systems used by web monitoring and media companies with a few subjective points added based on social media presence and on-site engagement with readers.
Any site considered mainstream media, or sites owned by a large media entity were eliminated from the ranking in order to help you uncover some of the web’s hidden gems. The Options News Network (www.ONN.tv) was also eliminated from the list due to a conflict of interest since OptionsHouse and ONN.tv share a parent company — PEAK6 Online.
This article is in no way intended to endorse any of the sites listed, or any content found on the sites. This list is simply a way to provide as many resources to options traders at every skill level, and to acknowledge the work of the writers and contributors at each of these blogs.
